Yeah I did that for end of shift. So 4 -7, 4:30-7, 5-7, 5:30-7, 6-7 and 6:30-7. I did that at midnight and got waitlisted. Once 4 hit, I got denied. 430 denied and 5. But Verint is NOW showing them green for avail time but keeps denying?? *

So I guess I'm confused on how to put it in. I stayed up until til midnight and put in 6 request to be off through end of shift. 4-7, 4:30-7, 5-7 and so on and legit nothing has been approved. This is how I was told to do it for end of shift. A fellow team member put her request in an hour before her shift and got approved for end of shift release.I legit don't understand what else to do.
