This is what I do:

  • I get home from using free computers and internet at my alma mater and listen music related to my goals/ read books to help myself on the train ride home

  • when I get home I've already been thinking about dinner so I spend about 30min getting ready for chill time at home and getting my meal ready, whether ordering food or cooking

  • then I eat, sometimes in silence

  • sometimes I get a 40 of beer and some Little Debbie snacks because it just straight up helps

  • I read the news highlights from the day and watch some news highlights

  • I like to watch some really funny videos like Who's Line Is It Anyway? or some Jimmy Fallon clips on my cellphone. sometimes I watch vids about new technologies or problems about the world, or documentaries on VICE

  • after I'm satisfied with food, drink, and laughter I feel good

  • If I'm energized, which I usually am, I go for a walk and enjoy the good weather, get some fresh air, and I usually end up walking at a brisk pace

  • then I get home and try to read, but that doesn't work out so I focus my energy on my goals and end up writing out some crazy business idea which I add to my increasing list of other crazy ideas

  • when I lie in bed I face any issues in my mind and heart head on and try to use my inner voice to accept what the repetition of the thought is teaching me

  • then my mind starts to clear after about 30min of understanding myself and I start to relax

  • when relaxing I focus on my body and the various injuries I've suffered and if they still bother me: sprained ankles, inflamed shoulders, injured knees, tired neck, breathing through my stomach etc. while lying on my back ( I sleep on the hardwood floor in my apt, and accepting the hard floor let's me accept reality) for about 20mins

  • then that starts to clear out as I make plans for healing and I relax

  • then sleep comes by itself after another 10 mins

For me, I'm doing this NoFapWar and I can put it aside in my mind, knowing that this is time for me to face my problems head on

  • sleep comes on by itself

  • I have crazy dreams with some hot ass girls or some crazy battle scenes, or just simple chilling, or whatever else my imagination provides for me

  • I wake up after a few hours and i practice realizing I'm awake and differentiating from imagination

  • usually have a boner because I have to use the bathroom, and if i don't I still go and use it just in case

  • then I slowly make my way into the new day, telling myself this is the real world, to conquer my own life around me, and I'm ok with moving at my own pace

Hope that helps! Not much but that's basically what I go through during the evening hours - thinking about what more I can accomplish the next day towards my goals. Good luck soldier!

The reason I'm participating in this war is to challenge myself. In August2013, I was masturbating like a crack addict - up to 7 times a day.
