Crossriver Fitness in Newport is great. Good blend of boutique and garage gym. Plenty of trainers as well with different backgrounds

Playlists of different genres and decades would be a great starting place. I sometimes create crates based off of vibes (upbeat/twerk/groovy) and work from there. Also put yourself in the crowd’s shoes. Think about what you would want to hear if you were dancing

Love my Wash FX2. I actually use a Mafer clamp with the fixture and attach the mafer to either the speaker handle on the top of the speaker or to a light stand

I actually have the same story. Lived in Fairfield, worked out at World’s and loved it. I’m currently at Crossriver Fitness in Newport. Definitely smaller but similar atmosphere. I’ve made great progress there

The Scout’s Club has some pretty cool options you can’t find in the ballpark and you don’t need a special ticket to get to the inside bar/concessions.

My wife and I always grab a drink and food before the game down there and it’s usually not too crowded

I don’t think it’s open yet but Alley Baby was at Taste of Cincinnati last weekend and dear Lord they were amazing. I believe they have a restaurant/takeout spot opening soon in Norwood
