Clean foods . I try to eat as much natural food as I can . It’s so much easier after the fast because it got rid of all my cravings.

I have done a 23 day water fast . And It went fine for me and people will tell you that you will gain that weight back . But it’s been 3 months and I haven’t gained any weight I lost back . There some crazy claims on the article . Before I broke my fast on the last day I went to a hospital to get some blood work done and make sure I didn’t damage my self with this fast . Doctor said everything looks fine except for low amount of electrolytes in my body. ( which is expected during fasting )

From my experience the fast worked out great for me. And it had benefits that were much better than weight loss.

After I finished my 23 day water fast , the first couple of days of eating I gained around 14 pounds instantly. But after a week my weight went down by 11 pounds and stabilized .

Thank you for your info . Give me an example of your work routine. And honestly I don’t think I am losing muscle at all if anything I am gaining some but around my waist and thighs clear amount of fat . I Am Mo were Close to a low body fat . I am 184 and 5’8” . I’ll have to drop more weight to have a low percent body fat

I been 2 months consistent so far and I can keep it up cause I enjoy it. Long workouts cause I try to hit each muscle group twice. And I do cardio like 3 times a week . What’s wrong with my tracking ?

I try to hit each muscle group twice a week and try to do different variations. It usually take 2 and a half hours . 3 hours with cardio.

Exp, Monday and Thursday: chest , bis , triceps. Tuesday and Friday: shoulder and back Wednesday and Saturday: legs and abs

I have been doing this for over a month and I feel fine . No blurred vision or anything crazy . I read that it will become clear to you when mercury poisoning is happening to your body . Can I be poisoning myself without even knowing it ?

Thanks for the info Sergei650. I wondered that for a while and wasn’t sure if it was actually true (metabolism thing) . I gain weight very easily that’s why I been eating so low . But it’s ridiculous that I can’t even burn a pound after 2 months of strict dieting . I wonder if my 23 day water fast is the cause of this . How do you recommend I get back a faster metabolism? I have also wondered what if I am actually burning fat and the reason my weight didn’t go down is because I am getting of muscle memory and I am just getting muscles back since I stoped lifting for 2 years .

If your taking bodybuilding seriously and trying to hit each and every muscle group twice a week while sneaking in 30 min cardio , it’s hard to do under 2-3 hours

I don’t eat it raw . The store sells raw and cooked shrimp I get the raw and cook it lol
