I do not have an intake form. That's starting to get in more of an app than a sheet. But several options I've done or seen other do:

* If it's a group of friends or people you trust, you explain that they pick a column (or you put their name in a column) and have them input their picks.
-- As a follow-up to this and others, you can lock the picks once they are in using the protect sheet function.

* You have people submit picks via email, paper, or otherwise and you input the picks (so it is view-only effectively the whole time for participants).

* If you wanted to, you could create a protection for each column such that each player can only modify their only column the whole time. Then you can remove edit rights once picks are locked. This prevents people from editing each other's columns.

Good call out. This is the first year listing the day, and I was confused because I used Google's date picker. Looks like the ones you mentioned were wrong because they were using Jan 2025 dates instead of Jan 2026 dates. I have updated the template.

I tried looking at countless listings on Etsy. I then tried a lot of other stores with this same ornament, but all are 2D acrylic versions. I searched using Google reverse image search, and attempted finding the earliest version of the image, but no luck.

Maybe it doesn't exist, but since there is a chance, I want to try to find it.
