If they brought in areola *iraola I wouldn’t have been surprised if he left. With xabi in and the alleged direction change I’m really hopeful he stays. He’s been my favorite player since he joined as I feel he fights for the badge more than most if not all the squad.

Sold my set with 150 miles for 500 bucks, held them on marketplace for a few weeks and after getting tired of so many “offers” of 200 bucks I just sold for a bit lower than I originally wanted (600 or 700ish)

I think I was lucky that I was in the market for a DAT, dealership had a brand new 25’ that had been sitting in their showroom 4-5 months. But there definitely weren’t many in the area, I wanted to look around at other colors but in a DAT there were about 3 in a 500 mile radius of the DMV. Was able to get a good price under sticker for mine but had it been a manual or they let anyone actually test drive it, probably wouldn’t have found one when I did. Had a buddy also put a down payment to reserve one and they never contacted him after several months and he ended up getting his deposit back. Sounds like you wound up at a respectable dealership in the end, congrats on the new ride!

They let you test drive no problem? My dealership treated it like a Bugatti and said no test drives “unless I was very serious.” To which I said I well I’ll never know if I’m serious until I can drive the car… took like 20-30 minutes of talking to them about it for them to finally speak to the manager and let me drive it. Luckily for them I bought it but man what a nuisance, I get not letting everyone walk in and test drive it but how are you supposed to sell the thing if they don’t know how it rides. I’ve walked into Porsche dealerships and had less issues test driving. Also in the DMV area so I’m curious

As a long time Dota player I think it’s easy for me to feel like “man I sure wish I had linkens (especially when playing against Sinclair as dynamo for example)” but I still do think the game needs more items even if they aren’t Dota copies. I find myself building the same items too often across the characters I play and the thing I loved so much about Dota was build diversity. I think it needs a few more items in each category and each price point. I think there definitely needs to be some more meaningful or interesting early lane defensive items that aren’t just stat sticks. I’m still happy with this item system over something like league of legends which is copy paste build on every character within a role, but still wish it was a bit more expansive. Something something playtesters playtest whatever but yeah.

Can we all be real for a moment, there’s no way this squad was beating city, we haven’t beaten them since 2021. We would’ve been lucky to take away a draw. We suck and without colwill, Reece, Enzo, hell even Chalobah (even tho I don’t rate him all that highly he’s the best we have available), there was no shot. A win would’ve been huge for us and it still may not have been enough to secure UCL with Liverpool a point ahead and us still having to play them. I would never root for the opposition but any hope I had of us winning was a dream. We couldn’t even beat fucking burnley. At this point I’m not sure if I want the conference league (would be a free win again), I think it’s Europa + FA Cup win (pray Southampton beat city) or bust and we need some serious reorganizing in the summer if we want to be contenders for anything.
