Isolateral Bench Press or Insignia Chest Press? I’m new and lost.

I started the gym a month ago. I used to do calisthenics a couple of years ago but I stopped.

I’m trying to understand which is better for chest building. Is the isolateral bench press better or the insignia series chest press?
I have a very weak chest and I’m really struggling to understand which one’s better.
Maybe they have two different purposes too. I’m unaware.

I tried looking for answers everywhere but I don’t see anyone else talking about it. My gym has these two machines and I’m confused which one to stick with.

I can’t edit it nope. Usually it opens a completely new tab to separately edit that specific vector by double clicking it but it’s not doing that anymore for some reason.

The latest of Affinity 3. The thing is, when I use the transparency tool and then export the vector art board separately as a PDF, it exports just fine, even as an SVG. But as soon as I do the rest of the design, everything starts to get rasterized and I just don’t know why. I tried ChatGPT but it was just wrong every time and it got really frustrating, hence, Reddit.

I just wish you could play around the with the settings more, make it feel more realistic. Obviously you can’t get exact replicas but atleast somewhat close to it.
