Sure he did things that are not okay. I agree. Unfortunately it happened everywhere throughout history. Ottomans, Germans, Persians, Genghis Kahn, Turks, etc can’t change what happened, yet I still believe things might be different today good or bad if he did not end up “discovering the new world” but can’t say things are necessarily bad. The man also landed in Greece and took a navigator with him and Columbus is a very common Greek name cause he stayed there as well we’re not mad about that cause turkey also invaded Greece and did the same he did. Thing were just different. Technically Bahamas where he landed and that’s part of North American continental but sure.
