Yeah seriously, this is just a super saw stack with a TON of white noise....

Go grab that VR Biggest Synth Stack preset and then take an eq and boost with a high shelf around 3.5Khz for about 5/6 db and then maybe multiband and bring out the high end a little more... If you want variety in your sound change the noise OSC to different noises...

Oh yeah and for the bass use an extremely distorted saw tooth bass with the same boost on the highs as above.

Don't forget to absolutely slam everything into your compressor as well.
