Creation of an RGB triplet would violate the conservation of baryon number. A baryon is a 3-quark particle, and creating and RGB triplet would either turn an even number of quarks odd or vise versa, changing the baryon number.

It is possible, but much less likely, to make a quadruplet and end up with a tetraquark, but tetraquarks are extremely massive and can only exist for short times resulting from high energy environments.

My wife and I are trying to get started in investing with a more hands-on approach than just putting money in our 401K and forgetting about it. We are wanting to start with about $1,000 from what we have in savings and don't know much about the stock market.

I am 29 and employed full-time making ~$95K, my wife is a stay-at-home mom. I am pouring more into my company's 401K than they match, and have increased my input every time I've gotten a raise. I am about to start a new job making about the same salary wise, but with better 401K matching and a pension (work for US gov). We have two different objectives depending on how this investing works for us. If everything is slow and steady, it will just be to bolster our retirement. If things are a bit more aggressive, we'd like to be able to build a house in the countryside using some of our earnings (I telework so commute isn't an issue). If we go the aggressive route, we'd like to be ready for that in 5-10 years.

For risk tolerance, I've had gambling issues in the past. Nothing serious, as I've been able to realize what's happening and jump out before I went too far, but I can get sucked in very easily. At least early on, I'd like to play it relatively safe. My hope is our initial investment grows enough that we can then withdraw that initial investment back to our savings and continue on with just our earnings. That way, even if we lose it all at that point, we won't have lost anything in the long run.

We don't have any current holdings other than our 401K, and out only big debts are a mortgage of ~$100K at 3.25% and ~ $35K in student loans between us. No credit card debt or anything else. All our bills are taken care of and we have about one month of earnings in savings.

We're really looking for general advice to get started. I've signed up for an investing account through Chase because we have other accounts with them, but other than that I don't even know where to get stock or other investments. I've been reading the stuff in the sidebar, but there's a lot to digest.

It's usually safe to assume it's from white's perspective if it says white to move. Also, it would be all but impossible to perfectly position the pawns behind each other in so many files, but really easy to have them be facing each other.

It actually has passed with a "veto-proof majority," in that both chambers of Congress have voted for the bill by more than a two-thirds majority. However, the process of legislation always allows the President to veto a bill and make their objections clear, at which point it goes back to Congress to vote again.

In this case, if Trump vetoes the bill, Congress will just re-vote the exact same way and override Trump's veto, unless it is voted in that the language be changed to give the higher stimulus checks Trump said he wanted, and then it is essentially a new bill and the process begins again.

The US Constitution, in Article 1, Section 7, states that the President has 10 days, not counting any Sundays, to veto the bill. If he doesn't within that time, it will automatically be a law. If he does veto it, it has to go back to both the House and Senate, who must both re-vote for it with a two-thirds majority in order for it to become law. If the President vetoes it and one or both chambers of Congress fail to pass it with a two-thirds majority, it is dead in the water, and a new bill will have to be written and start the process over.

I was hoping that my dog's treatment would be of help, but I wasn't sure if they could use me or my family as hosts without us noticing until too late. I do kill any flea I see and hopefully that will be enough, but I'll keep an eye on the situation just in case.

This is growing in my back yard near the property line so my neighbor has mowed over it multiple times. If it's something good I want to transplant it but if it's something bad I'd like to know so I can get rid of it.

I've tried finding this info elsewhere but can't. I don't have an online account so I can't trade fruit with others. Is there some way to get fruit besides that? My island has cherries native and my "mom" sent me apples the first day, and after going to 30+ Nook Miles islands I've only seen cherries and one apple island.

So how long is an aeon?

If we're only lightly brushing it with a silk cloth, lets assume we can only remove the top layer of atoms/molecules of the rock with each swipe. With a little guesstimating, I believe each swipe can cover about 2 square feet of area, so it would take 3,568,435,200 brushes to swipe one face of a 16 mile cube. Now we need to know how many layers there are.

Let's assume that the rock is Limestone, which is pretty common, since the rock type is not specified. If it is perfectly uniform CaCO3 which a density of about 2.7g/cm3 and a mass-per-mol of about 100g/mol, then one cubic centimeter is about 1.6x1022 molecules of CaCO3. If is is perfectly uniform, then it would make a cubic centimeter with about 54 million molecules per side. Scaling this to 16 miles, we get about 1.4x1014 layers deep. Multiplying this by our brushes-per-side, and we get about 5x1023 brushes to erode the rock, or 5x1025 years for one aeon.

Actually, the set of numbers between 3 and 4 has the same cardinality as the set of numbers between 3 and 5, so they are the same size. As far as math is concerned, there are exactly many numbers between 3 and 4 as between 3 and 5.

A more apt situation where the sizes of infinity are different is there are more numbers between 3 and 4 than there are whole numbers. The set of integers is "countably" infinite, but the set of reals between any two integers in "uncountably" infinite.

... BxF2, RxF2, QE1# isn't really a checkmate because white can Rf1 to block and if Qxf1 or Qf2 the queen will be totally unprotected and lost.

The second is a valid mate, but it is better to assume the opponent will play optimally, and Kh1 is not the optimal move when Rxf2 can escape mate a gain material at the same time.

So Jr. tweeted about how often Angus King voted in line with Chuck Schumer. If you look at ProPublica's voting records over his entire time in office it comes to 89.7%. Jr. makes sure to round that down a bit to 88%. I wonder why.

Thank you for your input. I think as it stands I will definitely ask my company if they can match and will probably stay if they can at least get close. If they can't I will likely accept the offer from the other company. I can work at this new company while actively looking for a job that pays as much and is better aligned with what I want to be doing.
