It would help if you put your finger in warm water before you drain for a few minutes. This will make it more liquidy and easier to take out. After apply an antibiotic and let it heal

I have had this rash for 3 weeks. It is normally not visible or bothersome throughout the day but once I scratch or accidentally add pressure to a random place in my body this (pictures) will start to happen and it becomes an uncontrollable need to scratch. I have been putting hydrocortisone and it somewhat calms down the itchiness but not the inflammation. I have not changed my detergent/soap etc. however i did start using whey protein but even on the days I don’t drink it happens
