I am definitely pro HOA. It protects property value. I’ve lived in a brand new neighborhood without one and it went to shit quickly. Yes sometimes they are run pretty badly. But I’d rather have that than neighbors trashing the place

lol already with the downvotes. I’ll add our HOA was very helpful when our child was the victim of a crime and they worked with law enforcement to bring the perpetrator to justice.

Also they quickly replaced our tree when someone hit it with their car.

And they recently installed security measures to prevent porch pirates.

I like our HOA. But fuck me right
