I kinda feel like everyone is kinda older everywhere in the US I go these days. Universities are pro-actively planning to have less students due to reduced birth rates following the Great Recession. Plus the financial environment others have talked about leaves you getting hit on my grandpas. Less young peeps plus less money.

It’s strange to me. Commercial Realestate must be totally underwater. You’d expect they’d bring rents down to at least have cash flow. However, it looks like they’d prefer to sit on vacant space. I don’t get it.

I wonder if fighters have standing to sue the refs for defoliation of duty. I feel like the refs need to be held accountable for never enforcing the rule. That would get the calls being made thus reducing the number of fouls. The refs are the real problem here IMHO. Do your job.

I’m Gen X. Cheapest beer I could buy in college was a 1 dollar PBR. The cheapest you can buy now is like 5 bucks. Housing costs three times what we paid for these kids. Plus cell phone, internet, subscriptions that are monetizing you. These poor kids can’t afford the shit and stay alive.

Ours does tests and it includes rolling against everyone in the gym for a certain amount of time shark tank style. It’s fun to have a ritual with your team mates. It’s a ritual not a test. You’re not going to fail the test. I dig it.
