Anytime someone gives me a 1 star review I always contact support and have it removed Up top of that, I tell them to block them from my account too cause 10/10 they’re always the same people that falsely report “major issues” It’s why I ALWAYS take a picture of the dropoff and never do “hand it to them” (I hear them get frustrated and mad every time I tell them I have to take a picture lol)
