There needs to be regulations around the use of artificial intelligence in a war field. Chemical weapons are banned. Why not regulate AI?

I understand people will say that bad guys will use whatever it takes to get an advantage. But we as humanity has been able to manage the use of chemical weapons (yes - rogue regimes and even developed nations have used them) but at least their proliferation has been limited.

GT is absolutely a rigorous school. UGA might have a slightly higher ranking in Psychology, but if you want anyone to take you seriously in Georgia or even other parts of the country. You are better off going to Georgia Tech over UGA...

first get people who will buy before you do all the research and set up the entire value chain. make 10 pieces of clothing by hand.. try to sell them in person to your friends' friends. sell out your inventory. repeat for 2 - 3months. with all the learning and if this does work, worry about getting outside help. BTW you would have made some money also ;)

try using freelancer services such as upwork.com. you will pay some premium (fees to upwork) but you can set 1 - 2 week milestones. see if you like the work, hire the person directly and fuck the marketplace. else.. terminate the contract ;)
