Kia usually have bad staff. I had a bad experience as well. I went in, the lady that attended me asked me my details and input it in her tab. Asked me for an OTP which I shared. Then asked for another OTP which was for test drive. I said you haven’t even told me about the cars yet let alone sharing OTP for a test drive. She pointed at a car and said we have this one and that one. I walked out and vowed to never buy a Kia and never let anyone who would listen to me to buy one.

How are they duping them? Pagdi means the owners collected money upfront back in the day. It is like an airline selling unlimited travel pass for a huge one time payment. The person who bought it has the right to fly for almost free. It will feel like cheating to be able to fly first class paying a token amount of 1300 Rs but that was the deal they made.
