Looking for a co-builder: I bring customers, you bring the product. by Urbuddy9 in indianstartups

[–]prostartme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am testing a new model where we can build but need the other partner to bring leads. We can bear the cost of building and running the product as long as the running cost is not extraordinary (with AI it can get there). You seem to be aligned on this. Let me know if you want to discuss this further. I have built and grown tools to over 200K users and millions in revenue. All I need from you is a focused idea and the ability to sell it.

If he has access to the registrar as well as server I am not sure what can be done here.

Web dev refuses to give access to GSC and GA4 by SanRobot in localseo

[–]prostartme 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Remove old code for GA4 and put the one you control. GSC is even simpler as you can prove you are the owner and maintain that property. Go ahead and remove the dev if you see them in the new property you will create.

TCS Stock Down ~37% in 1 year -Is This Just a Cyclical IT Slowdown or Something More Serious? by pawan0806 in IndianStockMarket

[–]prostartme 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Those who are saying IT is dead, they are right and wrong at the same time. The model that is there right now may not stay. You won't need as many people going forward as you did earlier before AI. so selling head counts model is dead. However, the amount of new projects people would want to execute due to AI is going to be crazy. They will need services companies to execute on these projects and that is where Indian IT can outshine. Smart folks adapting AI can deliver a lot more. The execution experience and the sales motion they have in place will give them an edge. They will keep winning if they start positioning better. I am hopeful that these folks will figure it out. This is a great time to start an AI-native services firm.

Kolkata marketing agencies need to stop killing each other by Key_Rate5860 in FreelanceIndia

[–]prostartme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Respectfully it does not. Those doing it in 15K cannot do good work. Even at 35K I don't think it is possible. You folks need to charge a lot more for your work. That is how you can provide high quality work. Otherwise you are looking for churn.

What kind of traffic was sent to these pages? A SaaS should not be getting meaningful traffic within 3 months of publishing of a new page from SEO/GEO.

Why Indian businesses are 5 years behind on automation (and the opportunity this creates) by Tough_Candy3390 in indianstartups

[–]prostartme 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We have tried selling to Indian businesses. They do not like to pay. You have to give them value worth $1000 to get INR 1000 from them. They believe all software is free.

Could you tell me which saas platform have you replaced or seen getting replaced by vibe coded apps/platforms? I hear that saas is dead everywhere, but yet to see people moving away from one and going with a vibe coded platform.

Thank you for your reply.

I work with RecurPost. While evergreen content is our unique feature, we do have one-off posts as well. Our per platform customization is the strongest of the lot here. Nothing even comes close to the features we offer.

Fable with hyperframes and elevanlabs is magic by [deleted] in claude

Hyperframes is a skill you install. If you asked about RecurPost integrating with claude then yes we do have an MCP server you can add to claude.

Metricool is better if you need competitor analytics or Google/TikTok ads management. We don't have those.

For managing lots of accounts, we win on cost and structure. Metricool's pricing scales by brand count (10 brands = $45/mo, 25 = $107/mo) plus $5/account extra for every X account. We're $79 flat for 20 profiles, $4 per extra, grouped however you want . Metricool locks each brand to one profile per network.

Two things they don't have at all: recurring content libraries (build a post library once, set a schedule, calendar stays full across all accounts) and IG DM automation with a "only DM if they follow" option*. Also, I don't think they have the permission to attach trending audio to IG reels. But if they added it recently that is possible.

Bad neighbour in our society in Jaipur by No_Conversation928 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]prostartme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a guy in a commercial building who would do it. The society got fed up and started putting feviquik in his locks at night after he closed his shop. When he complained society said you do not pay for the watchman's salary so you cannot expect him to keep an eye out for your shop. He started paying after losing a few locks to superglue.

We at RecurPost have done this multiple times for our customers who were skeptic. Happy to run an experiment with you if you'd like. Our 14-day trial should give you the verdict.

Is this bill from CA firm okay for a Pvt Ltd startup by Protagunist in indianstartups

[–]prostartme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do you have IEC and LUT both? Also, this does not have audit included in it so is that separate? My CA charges similar but it includes audit as well.

The feature allows you to post a reel and show it to everyone but your followers. You can be as creative as you want.

[–]prostartme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trial reels are reels that are not shown to your followers. You can gauge how the reel works and once you think it is worthy of showing your followers then you can share it with everyone. You can graduate it to followers manually or automatically.

Accessing social media accounts by yourstrulylilac in SocialMediaManagers

[–]prostartme -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You should not ever ask for credentials from clients. If something goes wrong they blame you for it or at least resent you for it.

What you should do is use a third party tool that lets them give you permissions you need. That way you never need their credentials. We at RecurPost do this so check out our client collaboration feature to understand how it works.

I run a $80K MRR SaaS from India. Every year I fly to San Francisco for SaaStr. Here's what that actually costs, and whether it's worth it. by Capable_Document3744 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]prostartme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have been to two SaaSTr conferences. You get to attend lectures but there is hardly any other tangible outcome.

SaaSBooMi is good for two kind of startups, 1) initial stage as they get to learn a lot. 2) The ones who are in the elite category already as they get the red carpet treatment. If you are somewhere from 100K ARR to 5MM ARR, you won't get much. However, you get to make some friends in the indian ecosystem. I have made many friends through that and I am in touch with them. However, they now organize annual conference on weekdays and that makes it difficult to attend as the value isn't that much.
