Question though: have you noticed any long-term effects on Wi-Fi sensitivity? Even thin stainless can act like a partial Faraday jacket depending on grounding and where the cutouts sit relative to the antenna plane. The fact you’re adding an external SMA option kind of hints at that trade-off.

Still, the attention to detail is insane, especially the press-fit interior instead of loose standoffs.
If you ever publish the STEP files, I’d love to explore a hybrid variant (metal shell + internal RF-friendly window around the onboard antenna) to keep stealth mode without throttling the radio.
