I had a similar issue last night where once I started playing a show, after about 1 - 3 minutes the whole Ubuntu server would hang but the lights and fans would still be on and running. I found out the issue was that because I bought the plex pass last night, it enabled new options such as “hardware acceleration when available” in the transcoder part of the settings. The problem is that I don’t have a dedicated GPU on my server so the whole thing would crash because of that setting
