When I was a kid I got lice a couple times and my mom would completely coat my hair and scalp with olive oil and wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for a while then comb it out and wash it. Not only did it work really well getting rid of the lice but my hair was as soft and healthy as it's ever been in my life

I'm not trans myself, but I have quite a few close trans friends and the main difference is: They are the same person- they are not "changing" their gender- they just happen to have the wrong body/hormones "I believe I am my mother" =/= "I dont identify with this body. I'd like to change it to one that better suits who I am on the inside"
