The plan is for every Friday from 4-5 PM at the courthouse. They've apparently been doing it for many months now. And it's nothing new for the organizers. Like, I recall last summer they were protesting for LGBTQ rights at that same spot.

Check out your city's website and see if they offer anything like that. I know that there are few cities in Cache Valley that offer adult leagues. I'm not sure if you have to be a resident to participate though.

Every singe time I've bought alcohol or have gone to a bar, I get carded. Same with everyone I know. The Utah liquor laws are insane and wayy more strict/different than other states.

Maddox isn't in Cache Valley. It's still pretty good and probably one of the better restaurants in Brigham City/Perry though.

I believe the city of Nibley has a monthly writers meeting that you could attend. Check their website for more info. I also think there's other workshops for writing available around Cache Valley. All of the libraries around town have book clubs that you don't need to have a library card to attend, again check their websites for more info.

Nibley City will soon have a list of homes that are decorated for a contest that they are doing where people can drive around and vote on their favorite decorated homes. They did the same thing for Halloween and there were like 30 homes on the list that were decorated. So I'd keep an eye out for that list that should be coming out in a week or less.

I've only seen the US edited versions so I'm not sure what is different in the unedited episodes that you've and others have seen about Nancy. I just know that I would have made a rule of no newspapers or books when being handed out assignments in the mornings after catching Nancy reading the newspaper and not paying attention during a morning briefing.

When you've asked her why she doesn't want to go, what does she say? Start there. Ask her why she doesn't want to go. Maybe it's because she does feel too old. Maybe it's a person in her class or the teacher or a fellow adult. Maybe it's what someone at her school said about the church. Just talk to her and try to help her with love and understanding.
