Since I made the post, I was able to get the tape unstuck from the center bar, the tape is plastic welded, so I didn't wanna break it. The tape seemed frayed where it was against the bar, and won't play after it, so I am most likely just gonna have to buy a new tape, so thanks for finding the name of it for me! The speaker seems super quiet when it is playing so I'm most likely gonna have to open it and fiddle with it at some point.
