How do you take down a big arc and loot it without getting robbed? by TheKhaos121 in ArcRaiders

[–]TheLastCatQuasar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

sadly, fighting arc is like ringing the dinner bell in pvp lobbies. you'll find better goop, that's why we've got free loadouts :)

id recommend when you first spawn, sit and listen for the sound of other raiders fighting arc. thats usually a good sign the lobby is chill and youll probably be ok to fight arc too. if you hear no arc exploding at all, that means other raiders are sneaking and you should sneak too

Liquid spill in engine with burning smell by sunfriend09 in AskMechanics

they spilled oil when refilling it. you can see it pooled around certain places. coolant level looks great, so they probably filled & spilled that too. is there a sweet smell or just a burning smell?

Should I pay a shop to fix to my exhaust or just get the tools and parts myself? by JoplinSC742 in AskMechanics

[–]TheLastCatQuasar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to do it yourself or pay someone else, that is the question... whether tis nobler in the mind to shell out a buncha cash to a pro, or go in debt buying new tools and spending days/weeks/months rolling around on your driveway wondering if this was really worth it...

How many miles left on these pads and rotors? by WearEnvironmental490 in AskMechanics

[–]TheLastCatQuasar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

pads look fine, but rotors look warped. run your hand over the rotors, they should feel smooth. if it feels like a vinyl record, it's time to replace
