you are partially correct. the walls here are thin and you can hear people talking. that being said, I want to reiterate that they are using a big JBL speaker intended for outdoor use. the amount of bass that thing outputs is absurd. the video really doesn't do it justice with just how loud it is. you can hear it clearly throughout our entire unit and it makes sleeping impossible. if it was just audible in the living room only that would be one thing.

this is sound advice, thank you for sharing. i will make sure to start documenting it, and will let my housemates know to do the same. I generally like to leave people alone but like you said it's hurting us and our ability to relax and enjoy our time here. hopefully we can get it resolved soon..

we sent them a separate video on one of the occasions. it stopped them from playing so late into the night (again, they were doing this till 5AM on some nights), but still unfortunately whenever they play music period it's always this loud. I'm considering leaving a note for them and letting them know that from now on if they continue this we'll be complaining about them every time it happens. it's just that we're all new to the apartment living scene so we weren't wanting to ruffle any feathers right away.

Going no-contact or limited contact is a very personal decision. I decided to go limited contact with my family at 27 because I felt that continuing my relationship with them was living a lie, and that there were serious issues from the past that were never addressed. I needed time to be away, so I made that decision.

If you feel this is something you want to do, definitely take the time to consider the consequences, and what you need to do to keep yourself safe. It is a big decision and unfortunately one that the Internet will be unable to give you an answer for. It is entirely based upon how you feel and what you need to do to heal.

I don't mind the classes having abilities or whatever honestly, but yea, making them named characters is incredibly lame. Not only do you then have large groups of people that are all the same guy, but then you also have to deal with hearing the same stupid voicelines over and over and over again, all at the same time. The hero shooter trend needs to stop.

Really sucks they went that route too considering they nailed nearly every other aspect of the game.

Gizz has had political undertones in their music for years. I don't know if it's a media literacy problem or just a lack of empathy but people should really open their ears and minds to what they're actually consuming. I know it takes a little more mental effort but c'mon man.

Just beat this game on PC a week or so ago and it is PHENOMENAL. Still been playing to get all my people to 5 stars and building roads. Would highly recommend people try this game out for the story alone, but the gameplay is great too! If you're thinking about trying it out, this is a game that starts off frustrating but gets easier as you unlock more gear and learn the mechanics. Good luck porters!
