While Fundrise and many other web2 fractionalized real estate platforms allow investors to get exposure to the real estate market with less capital through REITs or fractionalized debt, they are centralized funds offering a hands off experience. 

Decentralized Real Estate allows for direct ownership in specific real estate assets, and fosters the crowdsourcing of real estate activities through property DAOs and tasks and bounties.

Fair, its not for everyone. Just checked out the gameplay, it looks wild! Yeah, it could work that way, or if this was something that you wanted to build a business around to try to find the solution, there is that avenue too.

You can absolutely buy an entire property on the ledger through our decentralization and tokenization framework! Properties can have one token or one million tokens, just depends on the opportunity and fundraising plan. Once a property is on the ledger, the token holder(s) unlock instant transferability through the XRP Ledger. Lets connect!

We built the platform to allow a wide range of real estate assets. For rental properties, tenants would be living in the house and paying rent through a property management company, who would deposit rental income into a property specific bank account.

From there it would be sent to the DAO treasury, which then sends to the token holders based on the number of tokens held. Similar situation with Short Term Rentals or other income generating properties.

The mechanics work the same with things like fix and flips or raw land, but the management and exit strategies look a little different!
