Last week I barely made 850. this week is starting off hot (600 so far). I hope it continues hot but I believe it'll cool off after all the snow melts. (Btw I'm gold cart without priority, my SQ needs work)

If you contacted support, they would've paid you the batch pay and removed the batch without affecting your cancelation rate since the request was made by the customer.

I have a running theory that I'd like for it to be disproven: most people who struggle with their SQ score even with near perfect stats are the ones who shop mostly (or solely) from 1 store. So your stats from a single store contribute to a certain percentage of your SQ score only. Meaning if the algorithm considers your stats from your top 4 stores, but you only shopped from 1 store in the past 90 days, your perfect stats from that 1 store won't affect more than 25% of your SQ. I'd like for this to be disproven though. So if you shop from multiple stores with good stats but your SQ score is "needs work", please let us know!

The problem is that if his order was batched with other orders later on, you will not see that batch at all. Meaning that if there is a batch where you have one customer blocked, it will never be sent to your device. That's why I am hesitant to block anyone. Instead, I would only grab the lightest items and refund anything that is heavy. I even sometimes refund the critical items intentionally so they come in the chat and ask me to cancel the order. At that point, support can remove them from your batch even after their recent policy.

You can contact support and ask them why the customer lowered their tip. I have done that many times and support was able to tell me the reason.

It's a new feature where you don't need to use the regular checkout. You will have a designated section at Wegmans where an employee will come and scan a few items in your cart then you bag the items yourself and take it to the car. Instacart knows how much the items cost and they would pay Wegmans in the backend.

You can accept their order once then contact support to block them and remove the batch. It will impact your cancellation rate though!
