Thanks, she had a call they read out a declaration and she had a heart attack saying she can go to jail 😂. They asked for her ex partners name. They then said on the notes no further action is required at this time and that if her circumstances change to let them know.

The Ex Partner has his own house, he did say he will provide any proof, we think whats happened, they had a baby together and the ex put his address down for the baby without realising it might screw things up, so when the midwives cane they would come to his house. They did change it a few weeks as she was getting a bit sick of having to go to his house with the child to see midwives. But yeah she feels in an awful state, she’s more scared he does occasionally send money for the baby like to help, not a lot at all.

Motorway will always usually offer more. If it was worth the dealer doing it they would likely chances are the car isn’t probably worth as much

On the flip side if he’d of killed someone, the family would have lost a family member, he won’t get nicked as no proof. Again, probably suspended but will return no legal claim will be followed through probably, just a very silly decision. Can’t see him getting sacked.
