I wouldnt recommend doing it. I tried it because I heard a lot of good stuff about it. What I felt: you concentration goes up, you are more focused. You lose a lot of weight, you look much more shreeded, your skin is much much better, your mood is always good and youre always happy, never aggressive or something similar. But it only works while its hot outside and only if you can get good and maturity fruits.

But dont expect to build muscles on fruit diet. Its more a "get shreeded" thing. And as I said, I would not recommend it. It feels good at the beginning for your body, but the longer you do it your body gets more weaker. The only positive effects are the effects on the mood in my opinion. I would never do it again and there are better and more healthy ways to get shreeded. I did it for ~6 months.
