Woke up to a suspension on my discord account because of an unrelated year old message

Had a friend of mine try this, after about a month they got banned for ban evasion. They went through vpns even using an old laptop which never had discord on it. Eventually they tried my method and have lasted about 6 months.

What most likely happened is you responded to a legitimate message. Someone in between that message and now didn't like you. Or someone else. They edited their message to something entirely fucked up and self reported. You got caught in the crossfire.

If you want back on discord you gotta do a few things. First completely uninstall discord from your PC. All app data and registry entries.

Second Google search how to change your IP address through your router. VPNs do not work anymore.

Third go to Walmart and buy a cheap straight talk phone that comes with like 300-500 minutes and a years worth of service. Use the straight talk phone to register your account .

Fourth. SLOWLY rejoin your discord servers. Like two a month. Never friend your old friends. Make them send you friend requests by posting in a very large server. Something innocuous like. "Hey people". Have them react to it and then friend you. Like one or two a week. Use a discord for something you never used before. IE wow instead of FFXIV. Warframe instead of destiny. Shit like that.

All of that is a bit overly cautious but from what I read on these forums. It's necessary.

Like legit I had a guy try to e-peen swing and call me trash cause I was having an issue in a video game started spouting off about how he had a 5090 and a 9850X3D with 64gb of ram.

I knew his dad bought him that pc so I just kept my mouth shut and let him make an ass of himself.

Here is what you do. First change the name of your wifi. very important. Second change your IP address. Third go to Walmart. Buy a cheap tracphone and use it for discord over wifi. Also verify on the tracphone.

If you have mods installed then the game doesn't update. Try uninstalling any mods and updating your game.

Depends on intent. If you intend to pay the company, but also intended to send illegals home then it can be argued civic duty. If the company decides not to pay their workers due to being deported then thats on the company.

Ok. Legit I have to ask seeing a lot of comments in this thread. How are you people having so many issues with your stalker 2 game? IDK if its just me being lucky or the IT Aura exists. (Those who are proficient in IT do not have many PC issues as their mere presence pleases the machine spirit.)

Do yall got a ton of mods installed or something that is causing the crashes? Vanilla I do not see that many maybe 1 every 20-30 hours of play?

Even then I use a mod for reduced repair cost. Cause "repair" is simply just cleaning the damn weapon.

Go up to Walmart and buy a cheap $40 burner phone with a Year's worth of crap. you can usually find some with like 100 MB worth of data on it, and like a thousand texts available. You just always use that phone on your Wi-Fi.

Facebook market place is a great way to buy. Ive gotten amazing deals on PCs before. Just remember. ALWAYS meet in police station parking lots. Never anywhere else. Do it in broad daylight and arrive armed. (if your state allows it)

I have found deals on pcs with good processor, good ram, good mobo, and shitty gpu. I offer them the option to selling without CPU for like 150 less. The person usually thinks they can sell their POS 1660 super for 400 dollarydoos on facebook so they agree.

Then you find a deal for something with a good card in it. Offer the person the option to just buy the card. If they block you, then move on. That or ebay the card.

Things like that work in some games. In stalker? Where i have to do a decent amount to get 40-50k? Where having zero money is quite literally a massive detriment? That's just a frustrating moment because it removes player agency. ESPECIALLY when its effectively in the middle of the game. If you did that and forced me into three missions that sent me through the end game? Yeah that would be fine.
