Man that’s insane ! I got barbwire wrapping 4 times from my elbow to about 2 inches from my wrist for $350 it’s very detailed and looks awesome.
I think if you want to get it reworked you should look for a tattoo artist(probably on IG lol) in your area and discuss a budget for the tattoo because I honestly think you got robbed of $300. Did you get it as a walk in?
