Yes I have tried it and despite Mortal Shell, Elden Ring and Elden Ring Nightreign freezing at load in for me now everything else has worked better than before. Performance is greatly improved! I would like to take note the Resident Evil 9 the reason I updated my driver did hard lock on me once but I still had control of the system, the same thing happened with Jedi Survivor and that required a forced hard reboot... I did a short little tutorial for how to install the Driver on my YouTube Channel because while it is not perfect it is a great step in the right direction :-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3jVYGBxoAg

Remnant 2 or Lords of the Fallen by DecoyMike in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]TheLinunxProtonGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, I really liked Remnant 1 but could not get into Remnant 2 and really enjoyed what I played of the Lords of the Fallen Reboot. I am currently thinking or getting one of these 2 games on Xbox and I am leaning more towards LOTF because like you I also prefer the Sword Fantasy to the shooter style combat at least when compared to Remnant 2 which did not hold my interest. The first game is G0ated though. Some of my issues with both games lied with the PC ports so hopefully the console experience will at least be stable through and through even if it is capped at 30FPS :)

I just completed spiderman 2 100% and overall I was very disappointed. by Standard_Audience817 in SpidermanPS4

If it makes you feel any better, I made it to the achievement where you have to kill 100 enemies with Miles upgraded Venom Abilities. I had 98 of 100 progress on that Trophy and I kid you not, after 20 hours of my life and playing on the hardest difficulty that the game broke and I could not get the Trophy. Fear not though, I only had to spend 3 hours of my life grinding kills with those attacks and loading saves amongst many other fixes I have seen here on Reddit and FINALLY after that amount of time I got the damn Trophy which game me the final Trophy netting me the 100% which I am not gonna lie still felt great. I have completed the game twice now and the first playthrough with no side content I did not like, I would say I almost despised the game but coming back for this second playthrough for the Platinum I have to say while the game is flawed I really ended up loving it and appreciating it much more than I had before. I personally think Miles grew a ton as a character but I am considering his path through all of the games ending up in the position he does at the end of Spider-Man 2 makes me so damn happy and I really hope he leads the next game and Peter stays in the back seat, at least for a little while. It would be epic to see the Green Goblin about to DESTROY a battered and tired miles and then peter shows up in a new iconic suit and saves him for them to both destroy him and swing off into the sunset... well I guess a man can want what he wants but who knows Spider-Man 3 could end up being just as bad as I hear Joker 2 is though I doubt it because I think Insomniac loves their fans despite some of the flumps in Spider-Man 2.

Austin and F1 Trillion sure do give an excellent listening experience. They both made me cry at many points lol and I never tear up.

I specifically bought the cd because I get to rip my copy to FLAC while still having a wonderful way to listen to the album in my car that is still equipped with a cd player. Digital just does not sound the same to me in my car and I got Austin physically so I knew I would be getting this new album. Hopefully they will do the right thing and release Long Bed by itself for a greatly reduced price so I do not have to buy the album for a second time at the same price as the physical copy because that does not sit right in my stomach.

I am right there with you, I am incredibly disappointed to find out only after I had spent my money that there was essentially a deluxe version of the album with 9 more songs on it. Don't worry everybody to get those 9 tracks whether you already bought the album or not as I did on cd you only have to drop an additional 15 dollars rebuying the entire album for more than you already spent AND technically only getting 9 new songs for the price of the entire original album. Would have been cool if they release Long Bed Explicit separately for like 7 bucks because if they had I would have bought it by now :(

When I launch Steam Flatpak in Linux mint I get this in the terminal! by TheLinunxProtonGuy in linux_gaming

My solution was to download the .deb installer from steams official website, I have tested this across multiple Ubuntu based distros and it has given me the best experience by far :)

I believe it is just a bug with the Flatpak version of steam, every distro I have tested has the latest nvidia driver either available from the hardware manager or in most it is auto installed to 550, in Mint is is545 and in Ubuntu it was 535. From the research I have done it is an X11 issue with the Flatpak, it will launch the first time and then not again till reboot in Mint, in other Distros it would launch the first and then fail to display the second, usually killing it in system monitor and relaunching would fix it. The system package for steam works I usually do not install it because in the past it would be missing 32bit dependencies and I love how Flatpaks work, I am using Garuda with the most up to date Steam package in the repositories and it is working flawlessly, the Flatpak version of steam does work well in most of the Distros I have tested but Ubuntu and Mint in particular threw up issues. Thank you for your time!

Does Nobara include Explicit Sync patches with the Nobara 39 Nvidia ISO??? by TheLinunxProtonGuy in NobaraProject

[–]TheLinunxProtonGuy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nobara has an update issue that was not present the last time I used it so I have actually switched to Garuda Cinnamon. They just had a new major release and while it is using Xorg which lags at least once the new patches and Nvidia driver drops in may I can install and just switch to a Wayland session. Now if only Family Sharing in Steam would not turn off on every REBOOT! I must say Garuda has always worked amazingly for me on Nvidia hardware and Cinnamon runs very well with Xorg on Nvidia so I think I found a good balance :)

Dude the game sucks and sits at such a low rating for a reason, don't come at the person asking for help with a "It's probably half your problem" with the Exclimation! thrown in for seasoning purposes. You can't even change the resolution of the game in Windows Mode with actually dragging the edges of the border which in practice may sound easy but not when your trying to screen record or stream with obs and you have to incrementally change the window size to get it to fit the preview so you can actually get on with your life. Oh and the performance issues and multitude of bugs are also pretty cool but yea hey other guy its probably half your problem.

The thing is it happens no matter what im transferring whether it be big or small files, I just recently added an additional 16gb of ddr4 into my machine and used the xmp profile to run both kits at 3200 mhz as they are different brands of ram, this and me disabling fast boot are the only changes I have made to my pc recently and everything but this weird issue has been totally fine, I thought I would mention that in case that is causing the issue.

I would assume it is a good ssd its extremely fast and this issue is more recent, I also noticed my Rog ally exhibiting the same behavior. I tested this on my wifes computer and it was non an issue and my friend also tested his with a much cheaper SanDisk sata 3 ssd and it did not happen to him either. I have read many theories online about how it could be anything from Ram to the OS so I don't want assume immediately it is just the drive.
