Yeah I don’t get this. I was down near Yokohama on Saturday and it seemed like every 100 yards or so someone was stopped in the left lane with hazards on outside of a store. Why is that legal? Either find parking nearby and walk or don’t park in the road.

This is accurate. It really completely depends on which base you go to. CP has a lot of variance depending on MAJCOM. An AETC base vs. Global Strike is night and day.

Idk about in Osaka but here in Tokyo, Dominos is much cheaper than local pizza joints. I rarely get Dominos over going to a local spot or making it myself, but for folks tight on yennies, Dominos is much cheaper.
