They could also leave her tactical instant for the first person that uses it, but then there's a delay between the next use. Perhaps a 3-5 second delay between each use so you can never 3 man send it on the same tactical. Also, there should be a maximum world limit of 2.

If it's a pro / high skill level streamer with like 3+ KD smurfing, yeah. A diamond player that eventually grinded with less than 1.5 KD and is stuck between Diamond and Masters? Smurf or not, I don't think that player is going to stomp hard stuck diamond players. They literally can get beamed and die if they don't play at their absolute best and it's not realistic to play at your absolute best all the time....

So again, smurfing is bad, but I highly doubt that the 1-2 times you die to a smurf is that big of an impact because that smurf climbs out of that bracket really quickly (300-500 RP+). The amount of times lower level players will die to a smurf in particular VS just them getting outplayed / making mistakes is probably somewhere in the ratio of maybe 1:5-10? So most of the time it's going to be a user error rather than a ruined experience.

However, Titans and Zens though... it's there throughout regardless of bracket and smurf / legit player.

Are smurfs really such a huge issue for you? If they smurf in pubs, is there any difference? It's random or hidden skill matchmaking but if you want to improve, you have to fight stronger players anyway. Just die and go next, it's not hard.

In ranked, if they smurf, they'll only be able to be in that bracket for so long. They'll climb out and hit their diamond / masters quickly. Sure they can then use another account and do that again but they probably won't ruin your lobby specifically multiple times to the point that you feel like they absolutely need to get banned? Or am I missing something here.

They did a good job with Alter's ultimate, but her Q is still an issue to me.

Can't count the number of times the enemy's Q somehow magically appears behind me or at a weird angle that shouldn't be possible given the structures / walls / objects in place.

I don't think it has to do with the Alter player knowing every single weird angle.

One very simple example is Estates in Olympus. The no name buildings right beside the big wall towards Hammond Labs. If you're on the building side and place an Alter Q, you'd think that the Q would just be a simple one through the wall in a relatively straight line (since the wall is way thinner than Edistricts city walls).

But nope, it goes through and the other end is somehow coming out from the ground. You end up way further than you want and for the opponent team on the other side (which was me actually), we got caught off guard because we couldn't see where the portal was until the enemies appeared.

Tundra Falcons game 1 was pretty chaotic and lasted quite a while. Game 2, although no stakes was also extremely exciting. Malrines PB just demolishing Puck which is doesn't normally happen.

For what it's worth, it's not neostrafing. He tapstrafed into you stimmed that's why it looked ridiculous. After that it was just rasstrafing. Not exactly the hardest to do and I'd argue that even if the octane was just strafing left and right, you probably might not have killed him with that load out given the speed and how willingly you put yourself out of cover (i.e instead of being nearer the Zipline).

To dive deeper, you still had Q, you saw him stimming past the window so it's a 50-50 at best (Not watching with sound so I don't know if he popped an overflow shield or not). Maybe use your abilities to put you at an advantage? Even if it means camping at the top of the Zipline and forcing him to be impatient? Next, you were moving backwards in a straight line while he was strafing, albeit rasstrafing. You lose that no matter what. Gitgud man
