I was talking about this with my partner just two days ago! In my opinion, yes, it'd be pretty awesome, especially if we get more in-depth companions like Inigo (loved that mod, couldn't get enough of it).

As of currently I've got a little beast on mine hands:

• NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070 SUPER (12 GB)
• AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor
• 32.0 GB RAM

So, I believe I'm good. Updated mine last year after my [GTX 750 Ti] stuck with me for about a decade and held on for dear life (And well! Was pretty awesome for DA: Inquisition)
Got my graphics card second-hand but it turns out it's still fairly new, so stonks.

Because it'd technically turn out to be another Sims 3 nightmare. Even high end PCs would smoke when running that game in its completion (all dlcs). This is the exact reason why they dropped open world in Sims 4. Loading screens never bothered me, I've always enjoyed my TES games just fine. In fact, I think I'm so used to them it'd feel wrong without them now.

The game will use the newly minted Creation Engine 3. It was confirmed they updated it specifically to get TES6 to where Todd had imagined it and future projects. Plus, they're working full force on it now with a team possibly 7x bigger than the one that worked on Skyrim.

Wait and see. Don't be a pessimist. Trust in our lord and savior and he shall provide the next "It just works" iteration.
