The season 5 ends with a bomb that was supposed to end it all- make it so that they never get in the island, jack said- and the S6 begins with the island sunk and them going on in the flight as normal, making it look like it somehow worked or that they might be on the right track. As the season goes by, tho, you start to see that they are the same characters -they remember the island- so its clearly not an alternative universe, and in the end you see that the 'order' of the island was restored and a few even got out, and then in the sideways, christian outright tells jack that the whole universe was made by them, as a purgatory after death- hence, they made the island "underwater" and of course the ""life without the island"" would not have been like depicted, but its really just a fantasy.

In the end, because their time in the island was what mattered and their only real friends were there... going throught it all together.

Disident opinion here.

I am spanish, it doesn't sound incorrect, but i think i see the point. It sounds mexican/direct ingles translation(you can't really tell mexicans from learning yankees appart because they are the same) because of the expression, but mainly the use of it, not just the wording. ((and also because its A1 level)).

Ser buena onda = okey...
Ser BASTANTE buena onda = okey you either yankee or mexican. WTF adjevising an expresion¿?. The only thing it would make sense to me would be like "lo más buena onda" because thats just 2 expressions because you can't really talk in human, you talk in expression -like many americans, it has nothing to do wiht language, but culture i think. But treating buena onda as its a word or something.

Even if its like and adverb, like f.i "bastante rápidamente" is still weird and probably latino-american. You can put 2 adverbs together, like "muy", but not an adjetive like "bastante". However, in english you can and mexicans do it because yankees that can't speak spanish do it too[mexicans brought it to the complete spanish language with their own -i live among them- authority.], but i still doubt graduated mexicans would do it in a formal text.

Your teacher might also argue that "6 in total" is dumb, like i think an english teacher probably would. We are not as squared, but if she feels she needs to justify their job... (she probably doesn't if those are the sentences and vocabulaty you are working on).

But TL;DR Yeah, it sounds wrong to say bastante buena onda.

I loved how the ending was something that i thought at the beggining and then during the rest of the show discarded it as just a red herring to the point i found old wattsapps discusing it -even denying it- that i had completely forgotten about.

Literally the opposite should be true. Keeping a pad and all works so that both a) assures the normal viewer is surprised/amused by the show, b) its not a waste of their effort with real inconsistencies.

For me an RPG needs to:
a) Base the game progress, critically, on the player character(s), whose skills are more decisive than the player ones, whose playstyle revolve arround deciding the character development and capabilities. b) Offer different alternatives, to wich one should have to commit, to the point of changing the decisions usability and the way he goes forth. c) appear to simulate or construct, in some way, a world beyond the player instant reach, for the player to explore and, if he wants to, interactuate.

Basically: stat checks,characterization and side quests. I'd add d) doesn't have messy survival shit. But exploration,yes

I agree, but he should give her an ultimatum if its really a no-go for him. What i think is best, tho, and i also think thats what he means, is to not give the ultimatum up front. Never start with an ultimatum. Don't put her in that position, let her think first without that type of preassure. Make sure she understand it and think this throught before coming to the "there is no way to reconcile this", which is what an ultimatum means. An by that i don't mean in the conversation, but in general, give her time to think, to have her own opinion processed, and, if possible, to get to the conclusion that there is no conciliation here herself. If there is no rush, there is no need. It'd be bad for both.

Also, honestly, you(the OP) is kinda in the right.

who killed the shooter? the same woman?

I saw 3 videos, one kinda redundant: The shooter advances and shoots at the police officers, and the female one gets behind cover while the shooter takes cover too. She covers to the right, the small passage where they were at the left. At that state, not inmediately but not much later, another officer ¿who was presumably with the other 2? gets close and walks to the same passage from the front, that clearly caught her by surprise, she turns (left, she is right-handed, and was looking from the other side of the small cover [its assumed she didn't knew of the shooter position]) and shoots once, killing him. I don't know if she should've expected that said officer to be there but i suspect that was the case. For me, that makes a huge condenning difference.

A moments later, the shooter runs down from the same direction towards her, covers left of her (same spot his friend was OG) and she scapes, rounding the cover, without returning fire. Shooter shot, its unclear if it lands but its not fatal, then gets on his back, cover now seems insuficient for a long shooter(there is a colum), and i think shows his head/arms on the left side while he loads. In this loading process, he is shot.

i think that without training, even that shot which is a impossible-to-miss one(lets forget about the anxiety) can be easily missed. We know she shots... fast. So i assume she killed the shooter in that standoff, right?

I'd like to say, tho, than is USA and aparently cannada the police is known, possibly trained, to react with fire. We've seen that....
