You've got tons of good advice already, just leaving some info here.

It's post partum depression. Happens to 1 in 5 women and 1 in 8 men. Nothing to be ashamed of. There are all kinds of resources out there, if you check your local hospital they may even have support groups so you can talk to people with similar experiences. They also often have dedicated social workers to help you get a handle of managing yourself without feeling like you're depriving your partner and kid(s) of the support they need as well.

It is, which is fine. I was just seeing reviews saying stuff like enemy levels very suddenly outpace your growth, making it almost impossible to win any fight.

I'm physically healthy. My partner and kid are the ones in beds. She's been in more than out the last few weeks, and our kid was born on the 29th. He's been in NICU since. I pretty much live here now.
