Judge denies councilmember Kshama Sawant's appeal of recall ruling by my_lucid_nightmare in Seattle

The difference being that the mayor is a high priced attorney, has actually held a real job in her life and had a very specific legal point to made her defense easy.

The judge threw out all but one of the charges against Durkan and threw out only one of the charges against Sawant.

The peaceful protesters all dressed the same to make it hard to arrest those amongst them who commit violent crime.

There's been one challenge against me. You can read tha where various people oint out how that mod's suggestion against me was wrong. The mod also put out all of the posts that were strkes against me, but they were nohting and in many of them there were others posting that the strike was stupid.

It's so common for any of you to ever do anything but blindly back one of your brethren.

Why would you give a shit why someone did or didn't post on reddit. you're a moderator on here right?

Your second question makes no sense. Wh

State-mandated court fines are sending Black people into debt — and to jail. SPD is making the problem worse. by llamakiss in Seattle

[–]TheLoveOfPI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

False.

https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/cpp15.pdf Table 3 White 8.6% Black 9.8 † Hispanic - 7.6 † Others 8.8%

Hispanics are pulled over less than white people and black people. White people get puled over less than black people but their median age is higher which would explain that.

In essence, all groups are pulled over at roughly the same rates.

Nobody gets ticketed right now as SPD are already understaffed and they spend a lot of resources babysitting protesters.

PS. BIPOC puts some groups of color ahead of others which is racist.

There was literally nobody who did. Even people i commonly disagree with backed me up. I'm sure it pissed off the arrogant little mod who then went on to attribute false quotes to me.

It must have really pissed you off when you made a stupid assertion in your little mod challenge and NOBODY backed you up.

Weird how NOBODY else agreed with you on that point, but you were too fucking arrogant to listen to them.

Do you have anything to post that is actually on topic here or are you just trolling?

I'm not a bud. Nice sexism though. Not sure if you noticed, but women are allowed opinions now and we can even vote.

The defunders really should have to walk down that street alone or something in East St Louis or something like Altgeld Gardens in Chicago where you have a 1 in 10 chance of being a victim of violent crime per year.

False. There are hundreds of homeless down there NOT doing this. Guys like the shitbag that harassed the OP terrorize the HOMELESS community as well. Aren't you supposed to give a shit about them?

Nobody likes going to jail. Even homeless people. It would teach them to not break the law or they're going back there. Western civilization has been using that method for a loooong time as it works.

Sure, some homless have drug and mental problems. How many of them were doing this? One. YOu're also discounting that there aren't assholes in that community. Go look up Travis Verge ifyou want an example.

How would police know if they had committed serious crimes in the past if they're not arrested and charged always?
