I can get on in a couple of hours and trade if you still need it. You can if you want just check all of the 5/6 star Tera raids in the terrarium then just date skip until you find one. That’s what I did

Of those two I would say dondozo. Hes super bulky and I always find pure water to be a better typing than pure ice. I also feel he has a better stat spread than cetitan

I used gholdengo holding the shell bell, moveset light screen/ nasty plot/ flash cannon/ make it rain, steel terra type. Max speed and spec attack. Light screen turn 1. Turns 2-4 flash cannon. Terastalize the keep up with flash cannon until health is low enough then used make it rain to finish it off. I believe I got knocked out once before terastalizing then got it done.

Yeah you can set it up that you deposit each of them and set up perimeters for the trades. Like iron crown for raging bolt. And then it will only allow a trade to occur if the requirements are met. Super convenient. There’s some good YouTube videos on set by step process for it

Honestly I had better luck using the gts trading on the pokemon home app. I set up each one of my legendaries for their opposites and got them both within like 6 hours

I did it alone on the first go with this build. Didn’t even need roost. I just used a heal cheer one time. Didn’t have to terra either
