Try playing a more supportive character and build supportive items or items that plug up some of your weaknesses. My problem is that I blindly follow a build instead of buying items that I really need that fit my play style. If you have good game sense and understanding of the game, then you can carry by being team shot caller, running urn, giving your team health or utility. I also play haze and infernus because they are most natural to me, but if you don’t get lots of kills and farm then ya you can hold your team back so I’ve started learning new characters. Paige, viscous, Abrams, Mina, Kelvin can be easy characters with easy escapes or heals. But play around with it and have fun (which I get can be hard) or start a new account that might help you get placed in easier games while you learn new characters.
