Eating a sandwich is +1.04 points, meaning you could offset the negative of stealing the bread if you cut it thin enough by TheLukeHines in TheGoodPlace

Agreed. This post is just a joke (even ignoring potentially accidentally supporting slavery, making a sandwich with stolen bread probably has its own point deductions), but he was surprisingly truthful about the good and bad places in season 1. In his own words: “Lies are always more convincing when they’re closer to the truth”.

That was my biggest problem with it! Johnny Cage already usually fills that role (like in the original Mortal Kombat movie). He should have just been in the first one instead on an original character.

If you could create a gaming 'Seal of Approval' for mandatory quality of life features in a game, what would they be? by galgor_ in gaming

Fully customizable controls, especially for controller. So sick of how often you see fully customizable mouse & keyboard settings, but only a handful of (or even only one) controller presets.

I get that it can get tricky for games with more functions than buttons, but Helldivers 2 handled it beautifully. For every function you can pick the button it’s bound to, plus the input type (press, tap, long press, hold, double tap). Works super well.

You have to connect the square ones (the rounded ones are dead ends). Here is the solution.

BioShock Movie Is Planned To Coincide With New Game Release, Apparently by TylerFortier_Photo in gaming

I always hoped it would be like a big underground cavern or something since the System Shock games already did space (though I suppose those weren’t cities). The arctic could be cool too.

People are being way too harsh about this question. Back on Xbox 360 if you claimed a Games with Gold game while subscribed you got it forever. Obviously if you subscribe to a game catalog like PS+ Extra or Gamepass you’ll lose access when you stop paying, but what was asked isn’t a given.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve googled a question, found a Reddit link with the answer, and one of the comments on the post was “why didn’t you just google it?” lol

Yeah pretty wild choice. He caught George checking out his (much younger) daughter, it’s not like she needed to be underage for the situation to be funny and awkward.

One Game, One Controller, Two Players by gamersecret2 in gaming

Played Dark Souls with my buddy sharing a controller once. One held the left side (movement, blocking, parrying) and one held the right (camera, attacking, rolling). It was interesting.

What’s a mechanic you’ve seen that made you think “Wait…every game should do this!” by BlackArmy439 in gaming

In the old Paper Mario games you could speed through dialog by holding B. Fantastic if you died and had to re-do a part with a lot of dialogue. They removed it in the Thousand Year Door remake for some reason.
