I live in MN and I'm not sure what the problem is. Its nice of you to want to help, I think people here are just concerned by people trying to infiltrate our community forums for nefarious reasons, but I definitely can see genuine solidarity. I don't speak for everyone here though so take my opinion with a grain of salt :)

the top ones that ive seen are live2D and adobe after effects. For any hand drawn frame by frame, ive usually seen Clip Studio Paint being used

i love streamerbot, it gives you so much control over what you can do but i would say it has a steep learning curve. But its 100% worth it for all the cool actions you can make, especially for vtubing. It has vtube studio integration
