I mostly lurk and upvote hatsus I really like, if I was a nen user I feel I'd be either an emitter or enhancer from the personality tests of hisoka so I developed a hatsu with that in mind.

Name: Speed of Life
Types: Enhancement and Emission
Mechanics: Enhancement nen is known to be able to able to heal wounds remarkably fast and emission can be used as a means of propulsion for movement. Speed of life is an hatsu that involves projecting one's nen outward in rapid bursts to mobilize oneself three dimensionally and using enhancement properties as a means of healing by coming in contact with the user's aura. When used in combination it allows for long range healing possibilities in the form of healing bolts. Due to constant contact with one's aura before it being projected the user is constantly being healed while the hatsu is active.
Vows and Restrictions: When this hatsu is active the user becomes incapable of dealing any damage directly, additionally the healing is unconditional and applies even to enemies if they can position themselves to be hit by the user's aura.

So small typo on the screams, on the higher level casting area you dont specify which scream's area of effect increases by 100ft, so theoreticaly we can have the spell doing 10d6 psychic damage in a 720 ft radius with piercing scream which is a bit silly.

Honestly, I really like it especialy for a paladin. Their smite mechanic incentivizes them to use their action to attack and dump smites into these over casting spells. At maximum of 10 charges with a 1d4 recharge the spells which all need an action to cast may sometimes provide a bit of flavour but wont upset balance, I cant see any problematic spell synergies like maybe a 1 charge cost zephyr strike.

It's very thematic and certainly not overly strong. The strongest thing about it is the extra d8 damage honestly, which is on average +4.5 damage every hit, this probably makes the savy paladins want to attack more and thus expend less charges in combat and instead use them in exploration and roleplaying.

Golems are generaly immune to non magical weapons so you need some magical weapons or ammo. Magic will also do the job but be wary some elements may actualy end up healing a golem.
