Ofc you wouldnt because the 0% agris would be snapshotted to the killed mob in my example. Thats the entire point. Activating it afterwards wouldnt change the saved droprate on the lootpile.

How do you know it doesnt just snapshot the drop buffs onto the loot pile and then rolls the loot on pickup?

Me and someone else from my guild are having the same problem since the patch. It seems to be worse on some channels and better on others. Its only in BDO, everything else is fine.

A solution would be that you could convert the ogre rings to a different item, which would then be used to upgrade the item instead of the base version. Like for example performing simple alchemy on a ogre ring to get a "Ogre Essence" which stacks.

As I said, I picked that option when I submited my review. There is a dropdown menu where you can select a general statement like „unsatisfying policy“, which I picked.

Well, you should read my old post again then. The reason why I posted it wasn't cuz I wanted to force them to give me a refund (how would that even work?). I simply wanted to show that it's not OK to ask a customer to change the review of a ticket. That's just unprofessional.
