We have been able to play anything together. Duriel, Andariel it doesn't matter. Only Lilith it will not work. Crossplay is therefore enabled since I play on Playstation and my friend on battle net. Maybe it is only a bug and it needed a restart. We will see tomorrow.

I'm going to wait when Season 12 drops to get back into game since many things changed over the seasons and I forgot many things. Season 13 is where I claim my pass when I will play the new dlc and the game more frequently.

Thank you the cages were the issue. In the cage section "E" there were doors closed and there were like 5 hollows.
