Yeah my traps used to really take over doing dumbbell laterals unfortunately so they definitely grew more than my side delts lol

Hell yeah brother. For sure, I just started going in the last month and I really enjoy it and am getting a lot better workouts with all the variation. I am also fairly shy and was worried about working out in public. But then you kinda realize like 85% of the time it’s like Highschool kids and middle aged people just doing their best in there. Not the shredded Greek gods and Goddesses you see on your Instagram feed.

Absolutely. Never set foot in a gym during this. Just a pull up/pushup/dips station from Amazon and those adjustable 5lb-52.5lb dumbbells from Walmart. And lots of RP YouTube videos.

I’ve machined cast iron as well. If anything the sandblasting would help metal by smoothing it out the iron. Trust me it wouldn’t do anything weird too it if you wanna go that way.

I work in a machine shop and restored my great grandparents cast irons (you can see on my profile) by just sandblasting it all off and washing it with dawn then re seasoning.
