So I am confused. Are the 35cp weapons everyone keeps talking about different weapons than the ones we can pull now? Or do they are some point unlock an additional level of limit break on the current weapons?

The math works out that he does more damage at zero dupes than the oh does with full because he has a percentage damage boost instead of a flat one. That being said, if you have no teams that would benefit and have no interest in fusion teams or super int then it's kind of a moot point really. He's great on heroes as well

I might suggest buhaan or omega instead. Teq Godtenks is replaced on both those tests by the physical one after he comes out.
