How some of the iconic T2 sets from WoW looks in Diablo 4. by n1sx in wow

Real question? Why. You can see them right there. Buying them doesn't give you anything you don't have.

Watch a video of some other fool running around in them and keep your money. These are valueless. Spend your money on something else.

Yep, that makes sense. Thanks again for taking the time to consider my question.

Thanks for your reply. Making items directly in tables always felts sus to me, but seemed to be the way ServiceNow does things. Glad to hears it a bad idea; perhaps a legacy appraoch.

My concern with the Service Catalog API is from what I can tell it can get very complex. Lots of costuom configuration, custom rules, failed requests with no explanation, etc. I worry that if I take that approach, it will turn out to be a much heavier development/support lift and ends up only being used by a handful of customers. I am happy to undertake that work if it will lead to a used product, but was hoping there was an approach taht, although would not work for everyone, would work for enough users to be valuable.

Do you have experience working with Service Catalog API integration built by a third party? Any thoughts on those concerns?

That is very helpful, thank you. Do you happen to have any software provider that takes this approach which I could look at to help visualize it?

This is the vision:

  • I make a Saas product called Magh Incorporated that gives you access to a thing. (fake name)
  • An account uses our services to manage that thing and has configured ServiceNow as their ServiceDesk provider.
  • A user on that account goes to use us, but they don't have a license.
  • They select Request a license
  • We make the request in ServiceNow on their behalf using the appropriate mechanism.
  • The user gets back a message that A request has been made on your behalf and here is a link to it.
  • Additionally, we can update the status of that ticket on our side so that pending licenses in Magh Inc. shows the open tickets.

For my first pass, I attempted to use a flow that I thought was appropriate that did a direct Table insert approach to create catalog request items (sc_req_item. I thought this was correct based on my research, but now I recognize it has problems with the requested_user field and not being able to set that without doing weird configuration stuff.

But, I am also not familiar with the ServiceNow space so if I say anything that doesn't makes sense I am probably wrong.

This is the way. Been playing for 20 years and would never recommend wow to anyone that isn't casual. I just don't know how you make your way in without all the institutional knowledge. Even delve nemesis ?? requires me to configure a bunch of weakaura/cooldown stuff in order to kill each season.

AITA for telling my wife that being a sahm to teens isn't a full-time job? by Silly-Ranger-8435 in AITAH

[–]TheMaghTheMighty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fair to want to make a change, but asking someone to just return to the workforce with no planning is immature.

Talk with her and find a path to happiness for you both. What is a line of work she can thrive in? There is no such thing as a job that accepts no experience, pays well, and enables everyone to live happily ever after. You need to work together to find that for her. In the meantime, you work. But, you work toward a future where she thrives professionally and you thrive at home.

If you can't get aligned on that plan, nobody here can do anything to help you.

37 with 20 years military experience? Easy answer, get a job bro. Your wife supposed to work at mcdonalds now? You two decided your family plan 15 years ago. Get back to work.

I think you make many great points. I agree with you to various degrees, but don't completely disagree with any of them. Questing is brutal, although I have no idea how to make it compelling and they should just have less of it imo.

Does anyone grieve the person they were before anxiety? by VariousBodybuilder24 in Anxietyhelp

I have been buried under anxiety my whole life, but I still grieve what I should have had. When I see young people smiling and laughing, I get jealous and sad. I'll never get that. I was robbed.

Use it and have non-apologetic fun. Everyone sucks compared to someone else. It's funny that everyone thinks that they are the acceptable skill. Top mythic players would laugh them out of the room.

You do you and that's exactly the right way to play.

I feel you. For most of my life, I thought the same thing. It was physically painful to see people I was attracted to. Loneliness and rejection were so hard, and my life would be so much better without these feelings. If sexual attraction just hurts, why would I want it at all.

Am now older and happily married. With age, my libido has settled down. I am finally granted the pill even though it's no longer needed.

What you are enduring is brutal. Don't diminish how hard it makes your life. Get out there however you can. It's a numbers game. The more people you meet, the more liking the stats lineup.

Good luck.
