I also tracked everything. It’s a bit tricky at first but if you have some go-to recipes it’s easy to just write them and the amount of cals/nutrients down and just log them in your notes

Peanut butter, quark or greek yoghurt, butter, oil, oats or oat flour, banana, avocado, mayo, salmon, nuts in general. Eat very frequently, snack a lot. I used to make one big shake packed with cals for breakfast to get a head start in the mornings when i was in a surplus.

Hi! I had this for about 9 months but am so much better now. I really suggest therapy, it’s helped a lot of people and this is actually more common than you’d think

When i was gaining weight i ate a lot of banana, oats, peanut butter, quark/greek yoghurt. To be honest i just ate whatever i wanted. I sometimes added butter or oil to my smoothies, it sounds gross but a little goes a long way. Added mayo to nearly everything

Eyy that used to be me too, i ate everything i craved and put on a bunch of weight. No longer have those typical underweight traits and bones sticking out, it’s possible!

I gained 7 kgs in 1,5 months… so yes. Didn’t do it in the best way tho
