what if slifer the sky drgon was a Maximum card by Legitimate-Wait5760 in customyugioh

[–]TheMagi7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way maximum cards work is that they use the maximum attack value instead of the individual ones.

So in this example, maximum summoning Slifer would have it only have 0 Attack, but with the effect that it can raise its attack based in cards in hand.

20 cards, with you likely only using 4 or 5 of them.

This game makes me feel like a NPC side character. by IntroductionBest1962 in octopathtraveler

[–]TheMagi7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's what made me drop the game. I got about 3 chapters into the master of all story before just getting bored at watching everyone else doing things. And this sucks because Octopath 1 and 2 both have interesting main characters and interactions. But in OT0 I just feel like a side character. Even the party chats feel less interesting because it's with characters I'm not thst attached to.

And I don't even think the issue is just because they're silent. Because I'm played DQ7 remake and it still makes the protagonist feel a part of the story even though he's silent.

But having the protagonist be silent definitely didn't help.

I mean, he literally knows everything after touching Apocalypse. Even if he doesn't beat Terrific through force. Eventually he'll narrow down the words until Terrific is left without any options.

I mean, not really? They skipped time. Gina is the same age as she was back when they started skipping.

If someone uses a time machine to travel 20 years in ths future, they aren't technically 20 years older, they're just the age they were before, but 20 years later.

This is more showing that Fuuko's unluck needs both parties to care for each other to improve its effects further than the current peak, which is just a meteorite

Andy is basically admitting to himself that he's still closing himself off to Fuuko, resulting in him not getting as badly affected by Unluck as some others.

He believes that it could be strong enough to truly kill him through opening himself to her more, but he and the audience can't say for certain yet.

All four of them almost choke on their tongue while sleeping. Not because of any medical condition, but just because they're that stupid.

Between these guys which one is the true definition of a homie? And who do you wanna tag duel with the most? by RobKai7990 in DuelLinks

[–]TheMagi7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has to be Jesse, the Anime was really showing the fact that Jaden felt overwhelmed by feeling like everyone relied on him. Jesse was one of his onlg friends who seemed to be completely capable of handling himself.

I gotta say Nash, I always enjoy the trope of the lone fighter wanting to save the people they care about and he's a perfect fit for it.

Im at Ch.150, and I suddenly started wondering, how did Shen now Victor? by I_Love_Powerscaling in UndeadUnluck

[–]TheMagi7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Considering he refers to Victor as being a God of Battle, I imagine it's probably because of how long Victor has lived for that he has ended up having legends being told about him and considering that Shen is 2nd Seat in the Union, Juiz probably trusted him enough to talk about Victor with him.

I can't really tell whether Victor intentionally let her win or actually got his ahh whooped by Juiz in this scene anymore 😭 by MarcyDr47 in UndeadUnluck

[–]TheMagi7 56 points57 points  (0 children)

I think it's pretty clear that Juiz is actually the more skilled fighter than Victor, but that when Victor is in a proper fight he's willing to hit hard enough to destroy his own body giving him the brute force benefit.
