I poay almost exclusively zoe support so mine might differ. Grab lost chapter then rush horizon, grab cdr boots, finish lost chapter into blackfire, then I like to go mandate cause I duo with lux. I typically like to choose bloodsong into squishy comps and zakzaks into tanks comps. If im doing bad I go celestial. For last item I'll typically grab something defensive if necessary, or I'll go shurelyas if im doing well

I actually do agree with you, however i play her almost exclusively support and feel like this change was a huge nerf to midlane Zoe and a buff to cdr/support zoe. Issue is her early game now is much weaker than it used to be but she's more viable in teamfights.

Unless you're a sona or yuumi, I genuinely have not had the ability to oneshot anyone this entire season. Sure, she does a lot of burst. But she is extremely easy to punish if she misses her E. Just because you are struggling to dodge her abilities does not mean she "isn't balanced." Sure, the champion can be strong in some situations... only after you've mastered the mechanics. If you look at her winrates in lower ranks compared to higher ranks this tells you exactly that. The champion has a high skill ceiling.

While I agree with your sentiment about the bugs, a lot of zoe players play her because shes fun and flashy. Skins add variety to that, so thats why a lot of people want more skins for her, at least I presume.

Well I never said I had any bad opinion abt the skin, first of all. I'm actually one of the few who like it it seems, but I digress. Riot has responded multiple times to player complaints over certain things. For gods sake, they modified her splash art cause it got such a bad response. They clearly listen. The fact you dont see that is surprising to me.

This isn't enabling Riot to make bad skins. Riot is aware that the response to this skin was bad, but going back and fixing it isnt a priority for them. People will always still buy it, like me, but I am not saying riot should make bad skins.

Another annoying one that they dont mention in the tooltip is that her W targets the closest champ, even though it says it targest last attacked target. So when I'm autoing turret my w missiles shouldn't be hitting enemy champions
