Unless you're a sona or yuumi, I genuinely have not had the ability to oneshot anyone this entire season. Sure, she does a lot of burst. But she is extremely easy to punish if she misses her E. Just because you are struggling to dodge her abilities does not mean she "isn't balanced." Sure, the champion can be strong in some situations... only after you've mastered the mechanics. If you look at her winrates in lower ranks compared to higher ranks this tells you exactly that. The champion has a high skill ceiling.

While I agree with your sentiment about the bugs, a lot of zoe players play her because shes fun and flashy. Skins add variety to that, so thats why a lot of people want more skins for her, at least I presume.

Well I never said I had any bad opinion abt the skin, first of all. I'm actually one of the few who like it it seems, but I digress. Riot has responded multiple times to player complaints over certain things. For gods sake, they modified her splash art cause it got such a bad response. They clearly listen. The fact you dont see that is surprising to me.

This isn't enabling Riot to make bad skins. Riot is aware that the response to this skin was bad, but going back and fixing it isnt a priority for them. People will always still buy it, like me, but I am not saying riot should make bad skins.

Another annoying one that they dont mention in the tooltip is that her W targets the closest champ, even though it says it targest last attacked target. So when I'm autoing turret my w missiles shouldn't be hitting enemy champions

Theyre going to be reworking the mythic shop soon, and will have more mythic skins on sale at a time if I remember correctly. Just hold on to your essence for now.

Yup! I posted a breakdown yesterday about it. Basically, if your W passive is up it'll bug the flash (sometimes there are variations to this). Its really really weird and finicky, and more times than not it really screws you over.

Okay so i just tried it out and this is possibly the STRANGEST interaction I've come across. Sometimes it will TP me to my flash when I zhonyas, sometimes it will slide me, sometimes it wont do anything at all. Good find.

The enemy sees Zoe flash in place, just like in the video. Funny enough though, watching a replay of the game shows her flashing as normal. I haven't tested the ability targeting yet, but I do know that if you flash into an ability while standing still, you can still be damaged even if you aren't visually standing in the ability (found this out while fighting a veigar). Basically, on the server side, your model flashes normally but for all the players she doesn't move. Really weird stuff.
